Directions
EICP is based to the south of the city centre close to the Meadows between the Newington and Sciennes. Causewayside runs south from the city centre as a continuation of George IV Bridge and Buccleuch Street. The South Side Centre is on the right hand side about 300 yards from the Royal (Dick) Vet College at the east end of the Meadows. 

By Bus
Buses 42 and 46 pass the Centre. Buses 3, 14, 29, 31, 33, 37, 81 come from Princes Street across North Bridge to parallel Newington Road, alight at West Preston Street and walk through to Causewayside. Buses 40, 41 and 41A come across the Meadows on Melville Drive. Bus no. 5 comes from Morningside along Grange Road to Causewayside.

By Rail
If you are travelling by rail, North Bridge can be accessed by leaving Waverly Station by the Market Street exit and climbing the stairs up to North Bridge , which is the road crossing the Station or leave by the main entrance and turning left walk up Cockburn street to the Bridges.

By Car
From the city centre take the Mound and George IV Bridge, continue out of the city to Buccleugh Street crossing the end of the Meadows and The Royal (Dick) Vet College, the centre is about 400 yards on the right down Causewayside. 

From the West End proceed through Toll Cross and across the Meadows; at the end of the Meadows turn right past the Royal (Dick) Vet College. 

From The Edinburgh Bypass take the exit to the A701 (Straiton, Ikea etc.) and head into the city. At the bottom of Liberton Brae (2 miles from the Bypass) bear left onto Mayfield Road past the University Kings Buildings. A continuation becomes Causewayside; the centre is on the left hand side after the junction with Grange Road.

Parking
There is metered parking Monday – Friday on the streets off Causewayside. On Saturdays there is free parking except on Causewayside itself, on Sundays parking is free. South of the centre parking is free beyond the junction with West Mayfield and Fountainhall Road, except in rush hours on Mayfield Road itself.
